Great theme and great taste! Bravo! That Chronoswiss with red XII is an absolute delight to have. Not easy to find one now.

Thanks Bill. Three of those pictured are gone to fund other acquisitions.

Gone is the Blancpain, the VC and the stainless steel Chronoswiss Orea (red 12). It was really hard to give up any of these because I love the simplistic beauty of a well designed time only watch. Probably the hardest to let go was the Chronoswiss but it ...

Thanks Magnus ....

but is one enough? :)

Ahh, you getting to the core of the problem...

honestly, the Condotteri is an exception in almost all regards. I think its like A. Lange & Soehne's Pour le Merite a piece that stands above all others. Cheers, Magnus

Yes, I agree...

it is just so magnificent (both image and of course the watch ) that you literally left me without choice. I am really looking forward to more of these masterpieces! Thanks, Magnus

To make it short ...

the RD Hommage collection is so sensual and classic, by far my favourite line from RD. This Condottieri and the Chronograph Mono-poussoir 37mm would have me over the Moon. Then I could almost retire:) Cheers Francois from Down Under

Oh dear....

Shot like this kills me, remind me of how I can 'miss' my opportunity of acquiring one myself... Congrats my friend! You got a true treasure there.

Make that two... [nt]

Correct Steve! As a matter of fact, I'm wearing it right now.

You may not know this Steve but your wonderful pictures of your watch started me on my quest for my own Condottieri. I'm so glad I was able to find one :-) Mel

Resembles ...

this one. Almost identical, imo, at least the dial and hands. Perhaps it is a classic/traditional design and thus not proprietary. ...

A feast for the eyes ...
