A. Lange & Söhne: I don’t know is the answer. (@CR, perhaps you know).
I did think that dials were mostly in-house these days, although I do believe some of the special dials (enamel for example) in the past were made by Donze Cadrans. Our esteemed moderator CR is probably best placed to offer intel on this.
