Watch buys in Beirut?

The most interesting part of your posting was that you got the Roger Dubuis watch from Beirut.
Many decades ago, Beirut had the reputatin of being a cosmopolitan destination - 'Paris of the Middle East' - so I hear, as that was even before my time. I only know of the violence, death and destruction since the late 1960s.

Please tell us more about the luxury environment and buying experience there. Is the standard operating procedure the same as, say, the real Paris?

and he foooooooood oh the food all the luxury experience you will find in Beirut , all of highend brands in fashion (from tom ford to H&M, hermes bottega venta LV chanel....) and haute houlorgy is thereuet, (MB&F, De Bethune, Richard Mille, patek,...
