I actually found the sound quality to be better than what I expected, at least on EX45.08 version. Loudness was there, tonal quality was excellent. The only complaint is that the residual sound of the gear train was still quite audible. Having said that, the innovative actuator of the minute repeater is a huge plus in my book. I guess it's a big challenging to do here on the hommage...
I agree that the open dial was VERY tastefully done. Now if they only they would come up w/ a new version WITHOUT the tourbillon!!!
