Rotor Squeak normal on the P15?
Oct 29, 2018,04:52 AM
I haven't worn my P15 in 3-4 months, after putting it on today and arriving at school, I hear can hear a distinct squeak noise (like a mouse) eminating from the timepiece (ive narrowed it down to what appears to be the rotor) as I move my arm occasionally (along with the usual rotor winding noise), is this a normal noise? have any other members in our community experienced this ? What is my next step, sending her off? Any advice is appreciated as this is the first time I’ve encountered this on a timepiece. Thank you all for your suggestions.

The P15 sounds like as if there is quite a lot going on , when I shake it, while writing this. There is nothing wrong with that: Omegas, even Pateks sound sometimes like that too !
tried again

I do not hear any high frequency noise from the movement. It is just the usual rattle. I only hear any noise if I hold the watch close to my ear. Away from my ear I do not hear anything
